Barre Classes

Barre is one of my challenger's favorite classes! You will work your glutes, legs and core in every single class and walk away feeling so supported in your posture. There's nothing like it!

Pilates Classes


Pilates is the BEST workout for building a strong core and also for giving you a total body tune-up from your neck to your feet! You can do so much MORE when you're total body strong!

Strength Classes

Strength training is key as we age. Lifting weights (even light ones) will protect you from injury and degenerative diseases like osteoporosis!

Stretch Classes

Stretching always feels great but the approach I take will help, not hurt, your muscles. Active stretching is the name of the longevity game so you won't be doing long static stretching holds here. You will walk away from our stretch classes feeling calmer and be able to move your best!

This is the 9th version of my fitness challenge. I've taken feedback from my clients to tweak each challenge so that the workouts are as fun and achievable as possible.

I include levels to every workout so you'll feel comfortable and motivated whether you're just starting out or you've been exercising your whole life.

When you're having fun and working out becomes something you enjoy, it will keep you coming back for more!

And that consistency is what will give you results. More strength, more energy and better mobility!

Below you will find that I include different styles of workouts each day of the challenge schedule to focus on specific things.

This challenge schedule takes into consideration the time that muscles need to finish their strength-building process after a workout. Therefore, you can be rest assured that this schedule will be a positive, healthy addition to your lifestyle.

Most classes are 30 minutes or less and posted each morning at 5AM ET. But don't worry, you don't need to do the classes at the time they are posted!

 

You are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you.

What is Raise The Barre 21-Day Fitness Challenge?

Join me four times per week on your own time for a 25-minute or less workout for 21 days, and become a stronger, calmer and more confident woman.

You'll be learning real classical ballet along with barre exercises that will strengthen, lengthen and give you better posture.

 

We’ll sweat, breathe, stretch and maybe sing along to some classics together (air mic, anyone?).  

 

In this challenge, there will be motivation, community and rewards. It can be hard to stay motivated with your fitness goals.

 

This challenge is the best choice for you if you want to make real, lasting positive physical changes and be supported by a community of women who care about their health.

Do I need to know how to do the workouts?

No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started. I will guide you every step of the way.  I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.

Do I need any equipment or props to do the workouts?

You will need a set of weights or soup cans / laundry detergent jugs and either a carpeted floor or a yoga/pilates mat will do. We'll also use loop bands or a resistance band but you don't need them - they'll be used to bring a little more heat!

Do you have classes other than barre? Will there be variety in the workouts?

Yes, there are classes other than barre.

 

Every week you will get two barre classes that build on each other, a Pilates class, a cardio strength class and a stretch class.

 

There will be a lot of variety to keep you excited about your classes!

Can I do these workouts if I’m pregnant or recently had my baby?

I do not recommend this challenge if you are pregnant or 6 weeks or less postpartum.  If you are past 6 weeks postpartum, send me an email and we can set you up with my pre and post natal fitness program.

Will there be any recurring fees?

No, the challenge is a one time payment. If you decide to jump into my monthly membership after the challenge is over, then you will be billed monthly on a recurring basis. 

 

Is my payment secure?

Do I need to be on Facebook?

The best way to participate in this challenge is via Facebook. If you don’t have a Facebook account or don't want to make one for this challenge, I will send you the challenge class library, the calendar and the class music, which you can access from any device.

How do I access the workouts?
Once you purchase the challenge, you will be emailed a link to join the Facebook community where on-demand workout classes will be posted every day at 5AM ET, beginning the first day of the challenge.
