Q: What if I’m out of shape or just getting started?

A. Perfect! This challenge is designed for all levels — you’ll go at your own pace with my support.

 

 

Q: What if I miss a day?

A. No stress — life happens! The workouts are short and flexible, so you can jump back in anytime. You'll get 5 classes each week and you can do as many as you'd like!

Q: Do I need equipment for the challenge?

A: You’ll get the best experience using a few basic items like light to medium hand weights, resistance bands, sliding discs, or a stability ball — but they’re totally optional.

Don’t have gear? No problem! You can substitute with household items (think water bottles or paper plates), or follow the no-equipment variations I offer in every class. You’ll still get a great workout either way.

I’m Lane, a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Athletic Conditioning Specialist and Dance Specialist from Atlanta, Georgia.​ As a busy mom of 2 young kids, entrepreneur, and fitness coach, I get how hard it can be to squeeze in workouts.

That's exactly why I created this 30-minute online fitness challenge that's simple, flexible, and delivers the results you want - without the overwhelm.

Pilates

Pilates is the ultimate full-body tune-up! It strengthens your core, improves mobility, and supports your entire body — from your neck to your feet. When you're total-body strong, everything feels easier.

Strength Training

Strength is non-negotiable as we age. Lifting weights (even light ones!) helps protect your joints, prevent injury, and combat age-related muscle loss and bone density decline.

Low-Impact Cardio
Who says cardio has to be boring? From dance cardio and kickboxing to walking fitness, Pilates HIIT, and more — these workouts are fun, heart-pumping, and gentle on your joints. You’ll boost your energy and mood without the burnout.

Stretch
Feel-good flexibility with a purpose. My approach to stretching is active and intentional — no long, painful holds here. You’ll increase mobility, calm your nervous system, and leave class feeling amazing in your body.

Take The Challenge Your Way

This is the 22nd version of my fitness challenge. I've taken feedback from my clients to tweak each challenge so that the workouts are as fun and achievable as possible.

I include levels to every workout so you'll feel comfortable and motivated whether you're just starting out or you've been exercising your whole life.

When you're having fun and working out becomes something you enjoy, it will keep you coming back for more!

And that consistency is what will give you results. More strength, more energy and better mobility!

You will find that I include different styles of workouts each day of the challenge schedule to focus on specific things.

The challenge schedule takes into consideration the time that muscles need to finish their strength-building process after a workout. Therefore, you can be rest assured that this schedule will be a positive, healthy addition to your lifestyle.

The classes are 30 minutes or less and posted each morning on our private Facebook page at 12AM ET so whether you live inside or outside the USA, they'll be ready for you.

 

But don't worry, you don't need to do the classes at the time they are posted! If you're not on Facebook or don't want to be, I've got you covered. You'll receive the program class library on our kick off day and the classes are yours to keep!

 

You are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you.

➕ What’s included in the challenge? You’ll get a 21-day fitness plan with short, effective workouts (30 minutes or less), delivered 3x/week (or more if you want!). There’s motivation, community, and variety — plus rewards to keep things fun!

➕ Do I need experience to join? Not at all! I’ll guide you through every workout and offer beginner-friendly modifications in every class.

➕ What equipment do I need? You’ll get the best experience with: 2 sets of weights (3–5 lbs + 8–12 lbs) Loop and long resistance bands A mat or carpeted floor No gear? No problem — you can use household items and still get great results.
