Pilates
Pilates is the ultimate full-body tune-up! It strengthens your core, improves mobility, and supports your entire body — from your neck to your feet. When you're total-body strong, everything feels easier.



Strength Training
Strength is non-negotiable as we age. Lifting weights (even light ones!) helps protect your joints, prevent injury, and combat age-related muscle loss and bone density decline.

Low-Impact Cardio

➕ What’s included the Loving My Body Challenge? You’ll get a 21-day fitness plan with short, effective workouts (30 minutes or less), delivered 5x/week. There’s motivation, community, and variety — plus rewards to keep things fun!

➕ Do I need experience to join? Not at all! I’ll guide you through every workout and offer beginner-friendly modifications in every class.

➕ What equipment do I need? You’ll get the best experience with: 2 sets of weights (3–5 lbs + 8–10 lbs) Loop and long resistance bands Small or medium stability ball A mat or carpeted floor No gear? No problem — you can use household items and still get great results.

➕ Will there be variety? Yes! You’ll get a mix of Barre, Pilates, strength, feel-good cardio, and stretch each week — to keep your body feeling great and your motivation high.

➕ Can I join if I’m pregnant or newly postpartum? If you’re pregnant or less than 6 weeks postpartum, this challenge isn’t the best fit — but I have a prenatal/postnatal program just for you. Email me to learn more.

➕ Is this a one-time purchase? Yes! This program is a one-time purchase — no recurring fees.
