Barre is a fan favorite for a reason! Every class targets your glutes, legs, and core, helping you build strength and improve posture. You’ll walk away feeling lifted, aligned, and stronger from the inside out.
Pilates
Pilates is the ultimate full-body tune-up! It strengthens your core, improves mobility, and supports your entire body — from your neck to your feet. When you're total-body strong, everything feels easier.
Strength Training
Strength is non-negotiable as we age. Lifting weights (even light ones!) helps protect your joints, prevent injury, and combat age-related muscle loss and bone density decline.
🧠 Did you know? Muscle mass decreases 3–8% per decade after age 30 — and even faster after 60. Let’s fight that trend together.

Low-Impact Cardio
Who says cardio has to be boring? From dance cardio and kickboxing to walking fitness, Pilates HIIT, and more — these workouts are fun, heart-pumping, and gentle on your joints. You’ll boost your energy and mood without the burnout.

➕ What’s included in the challenge? You’ll get a 4-week fitness plan with short, effective workouts (30 minutes or less), delivered 3x/week (or more if you want!). There’s motivation, community, and variety — plus rewards to keep things fun!
➕ Do I need experience to join? Not at all! I’ll guide you through every workout and offer beginner-friendly modifications in every class.
➕ What equipment do I need? You’ll get the best experience with: 2 sets of weights (3–5 lbs + 8–12 lbs) Loop and long resistance bands A mat or carpeted floor No gear? No problem — you can use household items and still get great results.
➕ Will there be variety? Yes! You’ll get a mix of Barre, Pilates, strength, cardio, and stretch each week — to keep your body feeling great and your motivation high.
➕ Can I join if I’m pregnant or newly postpartum? If you’re pregnant or less than 6 weeks postpartum, this challenge isn’t the best fit — but I have a prenatal/postnatal program just for you. Email me to learn more.
➕ Is this a one-time purchase? Yes! This challenge is a one-time payment — no recurring fees unless you choose to join my membership after.
