PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY AGREEING TO THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE OR SEEK COMPENSATION.

In consideration of Lane Grosser Fitness LLC ("Company") permitting me ("I," "me," or "my") to participate in its online fitness classes, fitness programs, challenges, coaching sessions, educational content, and related services (collectively, the "Activities"), and for other good and valuable consideration, I agree to the following terms and conditions.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in the Activities involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, illness, heart-related events, permanent disability, death, and damage to personal property.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Activities and freely accept and fully assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise.

I understand that the Activities are designed for general fitness purposes and that I participate entirely at my own risk.

MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I represent that I am physically capable of participating in the Activities.

I understand that I should consult my physician or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program if I have any medical concerns, injuries, illnesses, are pregnant or postpartum, or have any condition that could affect my ability to safely participate.

I understand that the information and instruction provided through the Activities is for general fitness and educational purposes only and is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

I acknowledge and agree that:

I am solely responsible for determining whether any exercise is appropriate for me.
I may modify, skip, or discontinue any exercise at any time.
I will stop exercising immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.
Although exercise modifications may be demonstrated, I remain solely responsible for choosing the exercises and modifications that are appropriate for my body.
I am responsible for selecting and maintaining a safe exercise environment, including using appropriate equipment, wearing appropriate footwear when applicable, and ensuring my workout area is free from hazards.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive, release, and forever discharge the Company, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my participation in the Activities, including claims arising from personal injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

I covenant not to file or bring any such claim against the Company or any Releasee.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

I understand that individual fitness results vary and that participation in the Activities does not guarantee any particular health, fitness, weight loss, or other outcome.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and me regarding the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and I consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims, fully understand its contents, understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including my right to sue, and voluntarily agree to its terms.

MINOR PARTICIPANTS

If I am the parent or legal guardian of a participant under the age of 18, I represent that I have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on the minor's behalf. I consent to the minor's participation in the Activities and agree to all terms of this Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims on behalf of both myself and the minor.
