Simple tools I personally use every day to ease neck tension, move more comfortably, and take care of my body. 💛

These are the self-care tools I've reached for again and again over the past several years—and especially during summer 2026 as I recovered from a neck injury.

While none of these replace medical care, they've become part of my own routine to help me feel more comfortable, move more freely, and simply take better care of myself.

If they've helped me, I hope they might help you too. 💛

🌀 MELT Soft Foam Roller

The MELT Method has become one of my favorite ways to gently reduce tension throughout my body. The soft roller is incredibly relaxing and is designed to help rehydrate connective tissue, improve body awareness, and leave you feeling like you move with more ease. It's the only roller of its kind.

MELT Hand & Foot Treatment Balls

These small balls are amazing for releasing tension in your hands and feet. I especially love using them after long days on my feet or when my body just feels tight and needs a little extra care. They're also great to use before your LGF workout to help you feel more grounded to the floor and connected to your body.

💆 Neck Massager

This gentle neck massager has become one of my most-used self-care tools. Following my neck injury during summer 2026, I've found it especially helpful for easing muscle tension around my neck and shoulders. It gives me just enough massage without feeling too intense and can get into the spots I really need to release. It's one of the tools I use most often during my evening self-care ritual.

There are massagers that are more expensive but I chose the most budget -riendly massager that looks almost exactly like the one that I use on a nightly basis.

💜 Cha Cha Noi Cleanser + Silk Serum

Good skincare has become one of my favorite forms of self-care.

I was especially excited to try Cha Cha Noi because it was founded by Erika Pugh, one of my former ballet students. Watching her build this beautiful company has been such a joy.

The Gentle Cleanser leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean without drying it out, and the Silk Serum leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and glowing. I love that it's a simple, effective routine that feels like a small act of self-care every day.

As a Cha Cha Noi Brand Partner, I'm excited to share an exclusive 15% discount with the LGF community. Simply use code LGF15 at checkout.

I hope you love these products as much as I do!

💛 Tip: Self-Care Doesn't Have to Be Complicated

One thing this summer reminded me is that taking care of ourselves doesn't have to mean hours at a spa.

Sometimes it's simply taking ten minutes to roll on the MELT Roller, releasing tension in your feet, using a favorite skincare routine, or giving your neck a little extra care after a long day.

Small moments of self-care really do add up. It's those small moments, practiced consistently, that make the biggest difference.

If you have any questions about any of these products, feel free to email me at lane@lanegrosserfitness.com.

Take good care of yourself. 💛

Lane
