These are the exact pieces of equipment I use in the LGF home fitness workout program and inside our monthly fitness challenges. They’re beginner-friendly, space-saving, and great for getting stronger at home!

🔁 Loop Resistance Bands

I use these for lower-body workouts and glute activation. They’re perfect for at-home strength training and a great low-impact way to build muscle. 👉 [https://amzn.to/3XYQW2n]

➰ Long Resistance Band

Ideal for upper body work, stretching, and core exercises. If you're not ready for dumbbells, this is a versatile and joint-friendly alternative. 👉 [https://amzn.to/4lAQyBi]

🧘‍♀️ Exercise Mat

A supportive, non-slip mat that’s easy on your knees and wrists. It makes floor work and stretching so much more comfortable. 👉 [https://amzn.to/42wqYo2]

🏋️‍♀️ Dumbbells / Hand Weights

Start with 1–2 sets of light to moderate weights (think 3–12 lbs). I love using these for strength and metabolism support. Grab a pair of 3's and 5's for your first sets of weights - you can combine the weights when you get to that next level of strength! 👉 [https://amzn.to/4cwbV2B]

🌀 Sliders

Sliders are amazing for gentle core training and leg workouts without high impact. Bonus: they’re great for tight spaces and travel! 👉 [https://amzn.to/4lxkG0b]

Small Stability Ball (9")

This little ball is one of my favorite tools for deep core connection and balance work. 👉 [https://amzn.to/42weHQO]

Medium Stability Ball (12")

This medium ball is supportive for the back and a great alternative to the small stability ball above. 👉 [https://amzn.to/4ikI6Dt]

💛 Tiny Portable Air Pump for Stability Ball

Always have an easy way to fill up your stability ball with fresh air instead of using the little straw that comes with it. This pump is also great for travel. 👉 [https://amzn.to/4iMxCN9]

🌸 Soft Foam Roller

This gentle roller is one of my go-to tools for releasing tight muscles, improving circulation, and helping with post-workout recovery. I recommend a soft-density roller—it’s much more comfortable and forgiving, especially if you're new to foam rolling. 👉 [https://amzn.to/4lzwpeO]

🧱 Cork Yoga Blocks

These sturdy, eco-friendly blocks provide support and stability to help you deepen stretches, improve alignment, and feel more confident in your yoga poses. 👉 [https://amzn.to/3Yhk2tQ]

🌿 Merrithew™ Eco-Friendly Pilates Pad

This cushioned pad provides extra support for your knees, wrists, and elbows, making your workouts more comfortable and joint-friendly. 👉 [https://amzn.to/3GnhCDN]

🏷️ Budget-friendly Pilates Pad Alternative

A little cheaper off-brand alternative. Get it here. 👉 [https://amzn.to/3GHtv7C]

Tip: Start Small

If you’re new to home workouts, just start with a mat, a long resistance band, and a pair of hand weights —you can build from there!
